Safabot Premium is a software subscription. This page sets out when a refund is available, the window in which it must be requested, how to request one, and how renewals and chargebacks are handled.
Refund requests must be made within the window stated in the policy inside the app, counted from the date of the charge. Because Premium unlocks credits and higher-tier models immediately, eligibility takes account of usage during that period — an untouched subscription and one that has consumed a substantial share of its allowance are not treated identically.
Refunds cover the software subscription only. Trading losses are not refundable, and cannot be, because Safabot does not place trades, hold funds or manage positions. Every analysis is educational and the trading decision remains the user's own.
Requests go through the in-app Support Center with the account email and the approximate date of the charge. Because support runs inside the account, ownership is confirmed automatically and no payment card details are ever needed to process a request.
Plans expire at the end of their term rather than renewing silently, and cancelling before that date prevents any further charge while leaving the current period fully usable. Raising a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting support suspends the account while the dispute runs and is slower than the direct route for everyone involved.
Yes, within the refund window stated in the policy inside the app, subject to how much of the allowance has been used. Requests are made through the in-app Support Center.
No. Safabot sells software access only. It does not place trades or hold funds, so trading outcomes fall outside any refund.
